This policy explains what RoRo Quantum collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and human — if anything is unclear, ask us.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address, and the organizations and workspaces you create or join.
- Usage data — the circuits you run, targets, shot counts, results, and credit transactions, so we can show your history and bill correctly.
- Technical data — basic logs (timestamps, request metadata) needed to operate and secure the service.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card details.
How we use it
- To provide the service: authenticate you, run your circuits, and track credits.
- To send transactional email (one-time sign-in codes, important notices) via our email provider.
- To keep the platform secure, debug issues, and improve reliability.
Cookies & local storage
The console uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in (session tokens). The marketing site uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics where enabled. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
Data retention
We keep account and run data while your account is active so your history stays available. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these, contact us and we'll respond promptly.
Third parties
We rely on a small set of providers to run RoRo — hosting/infrastructure, an email delivery provider, and a payment processor. Each only receives the data needed to perform its function.
